Care for the whole person, close to home
Fully Alive Community Health is a licensed mobile clinic bringing free medical, dental, vision, and mental health care to neighbors across greater Los Angeles, and showing up when disaster strikes.
Who we are
A fully licensed mobile medical clinic, and registered first responders with CAL VOAD and the Emergency Network of Los Angeles
Our story
Toward a community that flourishes in spirit, body, and mind
We began with a simple conviction: everyone deserves to be cared for with dignity, no matter what they can pay.
From a fully equipped mobile clinic, our volunteer doctors, dentists, optometrists, and counselors meet neighbors right where they are: at churches, shelters, and disaster sites across Los Angeles. Care here is rooted in the love of Christ and offered freely to all who walk through the door.

A client’s story
Meet Alyson
Alyson is one of the patients at our Eaton Health Village clinic. Her apartment was damaged by the Eaton Fire, and after evacuating to Palm Springs she still hasn’t been able to return home. She now lives in a rental in Highland Park. Alyson has visited the clinic twice, and she was so moved by what she saw and experienced that she now wants to volunteer with us.
“You guys have been a lifesaver for me. I’ve gotten my meds renewed, my glasses replaced, my teeth cleaned. It’s one less thing to worry about.”
Alyson — Patient at the Eaton Health Village clinic
